1998 Ford Ranger XLT SuperCab 4WD

Meet a classic little workhorse with big attitude: this black 1998 Ford Ranger is the kind of used truck that’s ready for weekend projects, back-road exploring, and everything in between. Its deep black finish gives it that tough, no-nonsense look that never goes out of style—equally at home in a driveway, on a job site, or pointed toward the next trailhead.

Under the hood, you’ve got a 4.0L V6 OHV 12V gasoline engine with six cylinders delivering the kind of straightforward power that made these trucks so beloved. Pair that with an automatic transmission and you’ve got an easygoing, hop-in-and-go setup that keeps driving simple and stress-free. And when the pavement ends—or the weather decides to get dramatic—the 4WD drivetrain is there to help you keep rolling with confidence.

Whether you’re hauling supplies, chasing sunsets, or just enjoying the unmistakable feel of a true truck, this Ranger brings the right blend of rugged capability and everyday usability.

Plus, for extra peace of mind, a CARFAX report is available for this vehicle—so you can check out its history before you hit the road.
